First, our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. "The location is great and within walking distance of the main parks, shoppiong and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. They approached to see if they could be of help before I even asked! Amazing! Definitely will stay here again!"

"No microwave in rooms . If you wanted to use a microwave they charge $35 to bring one to your room. Paying almost $400 a night a microwave should’ve been a given. $90 a night for parking is insane."

"I picked this particular hotel because on expedia.com. It says that it has a rooftop bar and restaurant. It does not. That was very disappointing. My daughter and I got into the elevator and there was a thong on the floor. Staff was great, but the hotel seemed very shady. Not my favorite shame on them for saying they have a rooftop bar when they do not."
