"We were initially excited when we were told we had been “upgraded” to a bungalow from the 2-double bed garden-view room we originally booked. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly faded once we arrived and saw the accommodations. The bungalow had an unusual smell and very little lighting, which made the experience less enjoyable than we had anticipated. What was presented as an upgrade didn’t necessarily feel like one.
I also would not recommend renting a cabana. In my opinion, it simply isn't...

"Do not book ocean view property, it does not have ocean view at all and the property is well aware of this.
It is convenient location by the beach, rooms are large, have space with kitchenette etc so allow you to eat in.
The property felt tired as you get into the rooms, amenities were much better up-kept."

"The room was a good size for us, but had several problems that needed to fixed. 1. The carpet in the room was very old and dirty. 2. The cabinet doors in the bathroom, under the sink, we falling off the hinges. 3. The bed was so high, that we needed to jump up to get into the bed. My wife is short, and she had major problems getting into the be. All in all, it was acceptable, but needs to be upgraded."
