"Had issues with the shower handle to turn was broken had to find the right angle for the heat to turn on. Outlets were not good. Thought I was charging overnight but only two outlets worked. Breakfast came semi warm. And lastly my car was dirty when we checked out. Water or some substance splashed the top and flowed to the front window. Overall not a great experience for us. Stayed here before and it was truly great. This stay was disappointing."

"Rooms are outdated. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets look old and not maintained. Except for the lobby, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Guests have to request room cleaning or towel replacements. We made a request in the morning around 9am, and, to our surprise, it was not done by the time we were back around 8pm so we had to request the service again. In today’s information age, gusts have to pay for decent internet, however, I believe this is true for all Hilton hotels. We will not be back."

"I'm sure the other rooms were nicer as I tend to get stuck with the ones that aren't as nice for being who I am. Would be more pleasant if things weren't degrading so much on the property. Rooms were decent and mostly clean. One major complaint, since when does it cost 8 dollars to do one load of laundry. And my clothes never did completely dry so I had to air dry them. I don't know if they keep it that way or if it was built for a specific villain to make their visit as uncomfortable and...

"I love this hotel. I think this was my fifth day within three years. It never disappoints. There have even been improvements like the meal vouchers and the bicycle rental vouchers. The staff is always super nice. It’s unpretentious and welcoming. If you like to bicycle or rollerskate, there’s a great path right next to the hotel. I loved walking to Trader Joe’s and rollerskating.
I hate to give out this secret because I love the hotel and I want them to make a lot of money off of other people,...

"From the time we arrived until our departure, everything was wonderful.
The staff was very courteous, answered all my questions, supplied us with bottled water daily upon request. The daily upkeep of the room was excellent.
Transportation to the airport was wonderful.
