"I was very disappointed on my last day . After a long day out on Monday we came back and went to the pool . We had a great time and planned to spend our entire day on Tues relaxing by the pool. Upon our return Monday evening there was a sign stating the pool would be closed due to "maintenance " on June 9th & 10th. It was very sudden this notice was posted, no advance notice , nothing . "It was a clean room with good air conditioning with the humidity. They also provide you with a little bit of supplies for showering such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, even lotion as well. Staffs were very kind and respectful as for conscience. Parking was a little pricey because it had to be parked with valet but it was good anyways."

"The location is great, bed was comfortable…that’s about it. The pool closed early, it was a hike to get to it and there was limited seating. The beach was close, but there were no chairs or umbrellas out as advertised, for the $45 “resort fee” The lobby is closed and spooky, the smell of mildew was awful. If this is what a bougie boutique hotel is like, I’ll stick with the holiday inn! I’m not sure what was going on in the tissue box in our bathroom, appeared to be wadded up crusty tissues...

"Excellent location. Much to see on Collins Ave and only a few blocks from Ocean Drive. The pool is also amazing!! We also really liked the staff!! Everyone was so friendly!! Will stay here again when back in Miami!!"
