"One of these self serve hotels with little explanation of key operations. Like elevators. Check out was a nightmare. Breakfast was good but no one wanted to clean up the water hazard in the dining room. Bed was torture to sleep on. Room lighting system impossible to operate and there were no instructions. So called welcome drink was just water sugar and ice. Give this a miss. It is close to cruise terminal"

"CitizenM was actually very nice! I was hesitant to book the room just because of the size of the space, however I found I LOVED having a little place to myself. The rooms are so cozy, the light fixtures and minimal decor didn’t make the place feel like a shoe box (I stayed for 4 nights). I didn’t try the breakfast- however I did take advantage of late night wine and the additional fries and margarita pizza 10/10. I did try some martinis such as espresso and lemon drop, both of which were amazing...
