"Great ocean and pool view from a meticulously clean room. The staff is extremely caring about your needs and wishes. This is our third time at The Sunny and we wouldn’t go anywhere else in Sunny Isles Beach."

"Staff was excellent, however the hotel is falling apart. Broken glass sconces in the hallways, rusting doorways, our balcony had metal tape on the wall and a bee hive. Caulking coming off of the shower, laundry bins in the hallways always…do better, Hilton."

"We have been going to Lago Mar for years love the resort and the staff. The only thing we dislike is having to pay for beach chairs and umbrella . Really? Not a good vibe."

"Should have got the lady name at the front desk . I checked out around 11:30/11:45 . And I stood behind 2 people that were together that were checking in . The person checking them in not once said I be right with you nothing ignored me the whole time. Very disrespectful. All customers are important not jst one . The hotel score could have been higher but that lady was very spiteful. I would have understood if she would have said I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU."
