"Although I have been satisfied in years past, unfortunately those visit was just ok. Nothing was a WOW factor. New mgmt is the response that I was always given. How sad!

"Room was clean but shower was terrible, draining issues( were sorted next day up to a limit), using shower was tricky, all three the tap, hand held shower and rain shower work together or only hand held, we found setting pretty unfriendly. For Brits: no tea facilities in the room. Staff was good, a separate fridge was provided so if you don’t want to use mini bar then still have a chance to keep your drinks nice and cooler."

"The free breakfast package didn’t have enough variety. Not enough healthy items and service was slow. The thermostat never worked right in our room. It was either too cold or too hot all week. I really couldn’t believe that this hotel for as much as it cost didn’t have a concierge in it for info on what to do and see in NYC and for buying tickets for activities. The main advantage was the location of the hotel right in Times Square and near a lot of theaters. It would have been nice to have...

"We recently stayed at The New Yorker for a quick two-day, one-night trip, and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is nice and centrally located right off 8th Avenue, making it very convenient for exploring the heart of New York. Although there was construction happening outside, it did not impact our stay.
Check-in was a highlight. The front desk associate was welcoming, allowed us an early check-in, and even provided an upgraded room, which we truly appreciated.

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
