"When we arrived to check in, the valet was nowhere in site. I had to double park, unload and hunt down the valet who was inside the hotel serving double duty as the bellman. He was very friendly, but it was frustrating that the valet was not outside. After a long drive into the city, we needed to use the restroom and were sent upstairs where of the 5 stalls, none had toilet paper, and there was just a single roll on the sink counter.
We checked in and went to our room, which could not get...

"Stayed just on night, but our room was clean. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Got a free grab and go breakfast which was good. Close to all broadway shows. Had drinks at the Rum house. Staff were amazing. A great , fun getaway to nyc again.
Would stay here again anytime. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
