"The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The valets were wonderful. The front desk staff was a great help when we checked in and the air-conditioning was not working in our room, they had us moved to a new room with working air-conditioning very quickly. We loved the bar staff in Fleur! They were great!"

"Things to consider here especially if you don't bring a dog with you the floors were not cleaned - there were stains all over them - I dont think my room was ever cleaned during the two days I stayed there. The girl at the front desk was sympathic however she said she was limited in what she could do. I booked this hotel based on the Expedia reviews stating it was clean - I think the only thing was cleaned in my room were the beds that were made and towels in the bathroom - otherwise if you are...
