"Beautiful and comfortable facilities. Very friendly staff. We loved the pool and the easy access to the metro and buses. We wish there were additional restaurants in the hotel, although Robert’s was excellent. We had two rooms reserved. I had some difficulty getting my deposit refunded for the second room. It took two phone calls to resolve the issue."

"The stay was great. I would recommend it for anyone to stay. The breakfast was good and people was very friendly. Very safe place to stay. The room were comfy but didn't like we had ask for a refrigerator it took forever to cool and had to go down stairs to use the microwave to heat food. The bathroom were quite small. The staff was professional at all times."

"I liked how close it was to almost everything and everywhere I needed/wanted to go. The rooms were clean as well as the hotel itself. I would probably stay again unless I could find another in the same vicinity but with actual gratuitous amenities such as fresh coffee and continental breakfast. I didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast/coffee offered. Not sure if the gym was an "amenity" since I didn't want to pay to use the treadmill. Where there actually an gratuitous...
