"Beware of booking the Superior Queen Room - there are several interior facing rooms at the property that don't look like the advertised photos online at all. The rooms are extremely small and overlook mechanical equipment so there's zero natural light. The bathrooms are also extremely small (about 40 sq. ft) and can only accomodate one adult at a time."

"スタッフが親切でした。 部屋も普通かな。 朝食は、普通より美味しい。"

"We absolutely loved our four days at The Franklin Hotel. We loved it so much so that we have been recommending and reconsidering going back to stay there again December of 2027. Staff were phenomenal answering and assisting with all of our needs, very clean amenities and the professionalism of the team was top notch! Thank you Team Franklin! We are looking ahead to our next trip to London and staying with you again!"
