"Breakfast was great, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large with comfortable beds and well functioning and relatively quiet A/C. One of few times I've stayed in a hotel that was quiet from above and from the hallway."

That said, some areas of the hotel feel dated. The hallways in particular look old and have a harsh white lighting that feels more like a hospital than a luxury property. My partner said 'that was probably the most amazing spa experience I’ve ever had (& I’m a spa junkie lol!) INCREDIBLE from the customer service to the treatments. The pool is lovely and a great resort like experience in the Berkeley/Oakland area. Wonderful on every level."
