"Very nice room in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and amenable. Breakfast was a very good standard - the only downside was that we had to wait for a table on a couple of mornings as the dining area isn't huge. "Breakfast area needs some help. Overly crowded and I cannot say the service was good either since they did not get any of my family member's order right. The roof top restaurant was esp slow. One time, our order took more than an hr and by the time we got food, it was already too cold to eat. Overall, the room did not match the picture, service wasn’t good and breakfast was disappointing. However, the view from the hotel lobby was incredible. "
