"Amazing hotel that is located steps away from Lotte World Mall (Avenue L, Lotte World and the Number 2 and 8 subway lines). Breakfast has a large variety of options, including both Korean and Western food. The Residence has a microwave, stove top and washer/dryer combo unit. Rooms are very large and our King bed unit had 1.5 baths. Staff is very friendly and helpful and a French team is visible throughout the hotel. My two areas for improvement would be 1. the wait for breakfast (3 seating...

"The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. Food was great, the groceria was affordable and delicious. Buffet was very pricey which was a little surprising but the quality is there. Obviously the chefs table and Michelin star Chinese...

"객실은 오래되어 다소 좁지만 침대가 매우 편해서 쉬기에 부족하지 않았고, 이용한 티타임과 해피아워는 즐기기에 충분히 좋았습니다. 오전 조식은 더뷔페에서 먹었는데 조식 치고도 매우 구성이 많아 만족했습니다. 무엇보다 모든 곳에서 직원분들이 친절하게 대해주셔서 기분이 좋고 편했습니다."

"Lokasi hotel sangat baik, terhubung dengan Coex Exhibition Center dan mall. Disitu juga ada stasiun bis khusus ke airport. Kondisi kamar sangat bersih walaupun furniture dan bed sudah tidak baru. Proses check in dan check out sangat cepat dan baik"
