"Andaz in Pattaya is very good although remote location for those who prefer to enjoy well maintained tropical garden, plenty of pools, delicious see food at restaurant with breathtaking view on the sunset in the see. Personnel is very helpful and taking care of request, I asked to get me flowers at very short notice and hotel staff helped me with this. I would highly recommend to stay in the room with private lagoon access - this was my favorite. "

"Wasn't impressed with anything. Didn't have the "5 star hotel" feeling. Small beach is there and advertised in the pictures but in the evening the water retreats and is just rocks mud and garbage. During the day cannot swim in the sea. Is far from everything and need to drive to any point of interest in Pattaya. Pool is nice only 1.2 m deep but closes at 7 pm which sucks. "This property has to be the best I’ve stayed at in Pattaya. The quality of the rooms/amenities, its staff, and the in house breakfast/room service is top notch. The quality for the value is unheard of. I love that its smacked right near Central Festival Mall, on Soi 7 for some quick drinks, literally a 5 min walk to Beach road and 10 mins to Myth Night, the Bazaar and Tree Town. "Stay 4 nights with my family. Everything was good and our kids enjoyed staying in this lovely villa. The hotel is not close the city centre of Pattaya but you will get a quiet and peaceful surrounding in exchange. Staff were all very nice and professional, easy to communicate in English. The property is quiet away from the Hussle and bustle of Jontiem and Pattaya but close enough to get a cheap bolt taxi when you want shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
