"A/c was iffy the first day and night. Reported it. Wasn’t fixed. Had trouble making it warmer, was freezing when I walked in. . Vent aimed straight at my head first nightwhich typically makes you sick. Fixed vents the next day Second night a/c broke. Room got unable to sleep in. Lights would not turn off. All lights on all night Made worse that somehow 3 cookies and 4 bread sticks brought to my room would make that better Questionable if I will return. On the plus side. Great gym and great...

"Best hotel to stay in Bangkok if you can get a good Price. Strategically located. The gym is great. They also have a sauna and steam room. The spa has reasonable price and service and they serve a delicious Mango and sticky rice dessert after treatment. "

"Excellent property, exceptionally clean and the staff and food was also exceptional. The only complaint is that there are windows in the buffet dining room that face a "slum" looking area with a TON of trash/garbage and a pond that looks like it contains slimy sewage water, to eat your meal while looking at that was disgusting and made me lose my appetite, we asked to be moved and was moved immediately."

"This property and people were simply lovely. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay in Bangkok. The breakfast was also next level and simply delicious!"
