"This hotel is amazing. Everything was perfect. Make sure to book a room with ocean view on the 2nd or 3rd floor, it makes a big difference. Breakfast is brilliant and less busy around 10am. Buffet and order from menu. The adult only pool is the best I’ve ever seen."

"Overall, our stay had some positive highlights, particularly the excellent staff and a very enjoyable breakfast experience.
However, there were several issues that affected our comfort. We encountered a problem with the air conditioning, and there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, which initially made the room feel unclean. Although the staff attended to it and the leakage eventually stopped, the issue was not handled as efficiently or thoroughly as expected.

"Property was located close walk to Beach Walk Mall, Poppies Lane and shops and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean and any maintenance issues fixed promptly.
The staff were so warm and welcoming and nothing was ever too much to ask for.
Only a couple things that could have been better, there were not enough lounge chairs or space to lay around the pool area. You were required to be at the towel station at 7:30 to place a towel on the pool lounges to secure one for the morning.

This hotel is wonderful. My wife and I stayed there for four nights in June 2026. We can not find anything in their service that needs to be improved. The staff are nice. The food is so so enjoyable. The facilities are well maintained. Pool, gym, spa, hiking, yoga, biking, archery, etc, everything is perfect.
The laundry service is great. All the clothes are well cleaned and ironed, and neatly packed and dropped off to my room.
A very big comfortable room with free excellent breakfast was...
