"Always a great place to stay when I am in Bangkok. This is my second time staying at the Berkeley. Centrally located and within walking distance to BigC,CentralWorld, Pratunam and Platinum mall. The hotel is also connected to the Palladium mall with alot of place to eat and shop. The staff is always friendly and accomodating. A great place for families."

"Stayed at the Shangri La Bangkok and a bunch of other resorts on my Thailand trip with my friends. This property was beautiful in the photos, and the main community areas. The rooms themselves though seemed a bit outdated lacklustre and weren’t the cleanest. The property around the hotel was also not ideal - but understandably because of how old it I suppose. 3/5 would be my final rating."

"Great staff and welcome. Nice spacious room with good facilities. However, it did not state on the Expedia booking information that the hotel does not serve alcohol on the premises. Therefore, the property did not suit our needs. "

"This is the best hotel. Staff was very professional and helpful. Food was great but wish there was more Thai food offered. All the hotel staff was very personable and provided excellent service. 10/10 stars The 2 bedroom 2 bath suites with kitchen and washer/dryer in the room was amazing. Highly recommend this hotell."
