"Staff were spot on and very helpful, room was immaculate, had everything you could ask for, controllable colour lighting, tele, a big bathroom and underfloor heating throughout which you could control, very classy feeling to the hotel and in a very ideal location for transport. Has its own bar/restaurant including the rooftop which was really nice too"

"Everything about the property and staff was great. We loved the location and the bar in the lobby had a great vibe. We did have one issue with the toilet in our room. It just did not flush consistently. There would be times that it would work on the first push then other times it just wouldn’t do anything. We asked them to look at it and it was supposedly fixed but never worked well the entire week we were there. "

"Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online. The property is on a quite street in the city mile. I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch. The room I had was set away from others so it was private and quiet. The bed is really comfy. As with the entire property, it is tastefully decorated throughout.
