Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are top notch and very helpful, available at all times. The room was spacious with lots of advanced features for the lighting and TV. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room are worth going to for a relaxed time as well. The staff went above and beyond for a birthday celebration with a glass of prosecco and a very nice decoration to the room, which I had asked for prior to the stay. I would highly recommend booking here for a very pleasant trip.

We enjoyed the Montcalm. The facilities were wonderful, rooftop restaurants and bar, indoor pool and spa and cost of room from Thursday to Sunday nights. We did have to move rooms due to TV issues but staff were very good in arranging this and to a bigger room but unfortunately on 2nd floor which we were on the 8th and prefer to be higher than lower floor. And finally the staff were very professional and helpful.

Staff were spot on and very helpful, room was immaculate, had everything you could ask for, controllable colour lighting, tele, a big bathroom and underfloor heating throughout which you could control, very classy feeling to the hotel and in a very ideal location for transport. Has its own bar/restaurant including the rooftop which was really nice too

Breakfast was varied and staff amazing. The rooms were immaculate. Staff were professional and friendly. I could not recommend this hotel enough - staff were a credit to the hotel. Spa was quite busy but a lovely experience after a busy day in central London.
