"A really enjoyable hotel with great facilities at a reasonable price. Our room was tidy, clean and well serviced. The food and beverage options were diverse and the standard across the resort was consistent. Our preferred eatery was the Ayodya Beach Club where it was more of a restaurant quality but that’s not to diss any other venues. We didn’t get to them all but what we did have was a good quality. The resorts team were efficient, friendly and willing. While this is true of Bali hospitality the standard was consistent in anyone we interacted with. Definitely a family hotel, but there was enough space particularly with the two pools in the main resort to feel like you quiet the noise. Don’t be afraid to book, it is a pleasant stay."

The food was fantastic and the beach front pool and palapas to relax under for breakfast and lounging at the pool were heavenly. The room was perfect for our family of three. "If I had a single regret in my stay here, it is the fact that I cant give a 6 Star Review. in my 60 times around the sun, I have at a myriad of accomodations across the globe. Some have definitely been 5 star, and the service and facilities have been perfect. However, what the do not have have, and what the Intercontinental Bali has an abundance of, is the Balinese Soul. When you arrive in Bali, you are acutely aware that these are some of the happiest people in the world. The same can be said of the ITC Bali. Every member of their team clearly live what they do, are proud of where they work and, importantly are an incredible representation of Bali. Every service provided by the ITC Bali team is done with patience and sincerity. Nothing is too much trouble, and Team Members like Antara in the Club Intercontinental are perfect ambassadors of not only the Hotel but the Islamd its self. You are spoilt for choice from 4 magnificent restaurants, and their are a multitude of Pools to choose from, including one Adults only. The facilities are modern but with an old world charm, and the same can be said for the rooms. Botanical gardens to walkthrough on a moonlit night coupled with the Golden Sands of the beach makes this the perfect stay to nourish the soul and ease the heart. This is my first visit and and it won't be my last. In fact I have some leave coming up in November, and no need to guess where I will be returning. May your travels lead you here one day."
