"From the moment you walk through the front doors, elegance is everywhere you look. The staff is the most professional staff we've ever encountered ( and we've encountered a lot). "Meerblick ist natürlich schöner, aber es war auch OK. Was gut ist, ist dass nach der Renovierung die Balkontür gut den Lärm der Straße abhält. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war am 04.10.25 in der Bar die beiden Damen, die die Leute zum Klatschen animieren sollten. Die standen im Weg, und ich denke klatschen können wir alle auch ohne Vortänzer. Ansonsten alle prima. "

"Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken...

"Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value. "
