"昨年コルチェスターに来た時に立地が良いのと伝統あるホテルらしいので、その時から今年はこちらにお世話になろうと決めていました。
古い建物なのでエレベーターやエアコンがないのは不便でしたが、朝食や朝食の場所の素晴らしさに感動しました。来年は来れるかわかりませんが機会があればまた利用したいと思います。チェックイン、チェックアウト時に重いカバンを運んでくださって感謝しています。ありがとうございました。"

"Spa and pool were excellent used both . No air conditioning in our Deluxe room and the Dyson fan just didn’t help much at all . Shame really .
Breakfast was good one day and not quite so good the next day ( different chefs they said ) . All staff at the 3 properties were really helpful especially the chauffeuse ."
