ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport
Staff were all brilliant, a bit of building work going on but didn't affect us. Only negative things were that there was no information in the room on how to control the heating and there were no extra pillows in the room.

Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. The window did not close properly, letting in cold air, and the room temperature dropped to 15°C on the first night. The heater was extremely noisy, but we couldn’t turn it off because the room became cold very quickly. The shower also had no door, ...
