"Overall great hotel - they have something scented on the common areas which is a bit too much for scent sensitive people. It smells nice just a bit overwhelming. Also, the airport shuttle only goes to terminal 2 and since we were going to terminal 1 they said they would book us a taxi. That was fine however the can cost like $30 euros for 10 mins and an uber would have been $10 euros so be aware of that. Breakfast was the same as every other Hampton inn - decent. I would probably stay again"

"Unique and comfortable stay. Lovely location next to Waterloo.
Room was bigger than it looked online.
Check it was good (contact them for checking instructions prior to your stay)
It’s really not as loud as people say (yes there’s some noise from the trains)"

"The location, several blocks from Waterloo Station, makes it a convenient location to stay if traveling through that station however, the actual location of the property is fairly"rough" and very noisy - traffic, population and trains. The actual hotel is a busy corner pub below with guest rooms above in the tradition of public houses with accommodations. My guest room was on the third floor (no lift) up narrow curving stairs but, fortunately one of the staff members carried my heavy bag up to...

"The room was quiet. Location is good for accesibilty to Waterloo Railway station and Northern underground line. line. Breakfast was very good and well organized. Hallways were quite warm and needed lowest setting on Air conditioning to keep room comfortable and this was at end of September. Can't imagine staying in June, July or August. Tried calling reception and customer service a few times from phone in the room but no one would ever answer. Had issue with room door card reader and was...
