"Stayed here on two separate occasions (realized on my first booking, I didn’t book all the days I needed), so I stayed in 2 separate rooms. The first room, had minor stains on the sheets and a stray hair in the shower, but nothing really to write home about, as they were easy fixes. The tub was clean, but the bottom was stained. Overall, the room was decently clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. My next room was on the same floor, much cleaner than the first one I’d say. I didn’t find what I mentioned in the first room. "Asked for extra pillows and was told no. No smoking facility except our room reeked of smoke. First hotel to ever deny extra pillows. This is really bad customer service in my book. "

"The hotel is nice, the rooms are decently remodeled. I did find it was loud staying near the stairwell. The most frustrating thing was asking for a 4:30am airport shuttle only to find out the next morning I was not on the list. Also, I told the staff I needed to be at the airport before 5am, I was assured it was a 10-min drive, but we ended up going to another hotel for a 2nd pickup and waiting there for 20 minutes causing me to arrive much later at the airport than I anticipated. No one wants that kind of stress before a long trip."

"One of the best hotels in Pittsburgh Airport area. The rooms are very clean and the hotel appears to have been built recently, so everything looks great. Very professional staff too. Will highly recommended it "
