"There was a nice big parking lot, area around hotel seemed quiet, the hotel and rooms looked new. Also the breakfast including, hot items, were greatly appreciated before heading to the airport for an early flight. The room could have been dusted better but overall clean and comfortable. Attempted to use the indoor spa but it was way too hot. I could only manage to dangle my legs in. I would suggest keeping the temperature around 100 degrees."

"The hotel was very clean but sadly the hallways where the carpet is smelled very musty. The sheets and towels were very clean smelling. The bathroom nicely decorated. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on , we did not use it for a sleeper. Overall very nice place to stay"

"This hotel is clean but it is starting to show the years of use. They should think about replacing carpets. Also on our bathroom on the bottom of the door was a bandaid. We also found someone’s shirt left in the pull out couch."

"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"The room and staff were excellent. Our only complaint was that we are night owls. The casino is open 24/7 but bars adn restaurants all close early. there needs to be a 24 hour place for food and drink"

"This is the first time I have made a negative report about any hotel-- stay somewhere else. The property is a rehabbed luxury home from the late 1800s or early 1900s--probably the home of a Pittsburgh robber baron. There is no staff. We arrived about 2:00 P.M. and found an individual working in the restaurant kitchen who was able to get us to our room. The room was unique and only 34 stairs up a very old and steep staircase.
