"The staff was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. The property itself needs a lot of updating. The elevators were old and had a musty smell. The suite was great. Very clean and spacious. Inside doors and hallways need updating as well. Continental breakfast was just average, could use some updating. If you like to hang out and socialize, this is not the place for you. There is no bar or lounge area (we are not drinkers but like to meet people). Overall, for the price it was...

"These new SpringHill Suites are excellent. Stayed here in February and enjoyed it so much that just stayed this week in another in Alabama. Rooms are great size with a nice layout. Comfortable bed! Hopefully they maintain them well do it's still a nice place to stay years from now. "

"The furniture & carpet have definitely hosted many travelers but it was still very clean. The woman who checked us in & who i believe was tending to the breakfast were extremely kind & hospitable. The breakfast was different & new from other hotel breakfasts & i loved it. We enjoyed making the waffles & adding tummy toppings. We wished it were warmer to utilize the outside sitting & grilling area."

"We only received housekeeping for 1 day of a 5 night stay. And.i had to ask for that. They do housekeeping every other day per the assistant manager andmsigns.on the bathroom mirror. I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night. "I was very impressed with the premises, especially for the price, our room was very clean, the facility was pretty clean. I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to 2 shopping centers. My check in was easy. It was an all around excellent trip and stay!!!! I will definitely book with the Sleep Inn again."
