"I wish they had a pool"

"This hotel was truly one of the best ones my family and I have stayed at. The staff are all friendly and helpful, from the front desk to even housekeeping. Breakfast staff were all great as well. The hotel was well maintained and kept very clean. Our room was clean and the kitchen was a good size. We made good use of the kitchen. It’s located by many stores like walmart, target, giant eagle, Sam’s club, a mall, and many great food stores as well. You will love staying here!"

"Room was clean but pillows and mattress was not the greatest if I’m being honest. Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast we left the hotel at 6:00 and unfortunately didn’t get to try wish it would start early especially when people leave early and stay there to catch a flight. The pool looked to have black algae in the pool. I’m not a pool expert but having a pool that’s what I believe it was my skin was very irritated maybe to many chemicals? The drive and shuttle was great and lady was so kind."

"he room and blankets were not clean. The toilets were clogged, and the bathroom doors did not close properly. The elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs to access the third floor throughout our stay. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the property."

"I would not feed my dog that breakfast. The television did not work. The shower curtain fell when I opened it after showering. I attempted to Speak with staff twice at front desk in person and NOBODY was there. I won't stay again. Sadly, I enjoyed the hotel years ago when I was in the reserves because the military always placed us off base on reserve weekends."

"The property is certainly outdated HOWEVER, i was very pleased with the cleanliness of everything and the staff were very attentive. They coordinated the airport/hotel transfer for us. For what we paid this hotel was just fine."

"I was very disappointed that breakfast was not available. I would never book a hotel that didn’t have continental breakfast. I wish I was told before I booked the hotel that breakfast would not be available. I feel like breakfast is included in the price I paid for a night at the hotel."

"The hotel is located in a good spot. Close access to most everything you could need shopping and food wise. The staff were helpful. Though we took our DND sign off our door the one day we'd be gone all day to get our room cleaned up, trash emptied, new towels etc. They never came. So had to do all that ourselves. "It's okay for people who will engage the casino. I was there for an event, the venue of which is another hotel. Room rate for Landing River Hotel was half of the event's venue hotel. That I thought was a good deal. The problem is you have to use the valet service, especially if you are a solo traveler. It's free, but I don't care about valet driving my car.
