"This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered. I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. "This was our third visit to this hotel. We still love it ! The staff are fantastic the room we had ( a standard room) was huge compared to many, cleaned and refreshed every day . Even on the beach drinks, iced lollies and cold flannels are plentiful and regular. There could not be more choice at breakfast. Continental and English . "We have never stayed in a Manor before so we didnt have big expectations but the rustic and historic feel was definitely there without it feeling run downed. The view from the terrace in the morning and night was definitely a highlight. The lagoon was also super romantic at night and is open 24hrs which we loved. Overall exceeded my expectations! If stay here again. Only constructive criticism was that the ac didnt get as cold as we would have liked it to."
