"The people who helped me at the front desk were lovely - friendly and helpful. The grounds are well-maintained, giving a good impression when you drive up. While the room was clean, the fabric on the arm chair and the curtains (both sheers and room darkening) were dirty and need immediate cleaning. A light was burned out in the bathroom, but that was okay as there were two others in the fixture. I agree with other reviewers who reported thin walls: the noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms...

"The bathroom door didn't want to shut all the way and it ended up coming off the hinges but the air conditioner smelled funny until I took the filter out and cleaned it and then it cooled pretty well and the pool was never open though and I made sure that I made reservations at a hotel with a pool so that way who could get in the pool if we didn't want to be at the beach and that was kind of messed up that the pool was never opened but aside from that everything else was all right"
