"I stayed for 4 nights for a business conference, and there were definitely some pros and cons. PROS: - The conference space and views were perfect!! We had ocean views from the different rooms, and a balcony space to get some fresh air between sessions. - The beach is immaculate and right on the property, but you do have to pay to use the chairs and umbrellas. - Located right next to a few restaurants and a fantastic coffee shop - The pools were really nice, and the property itself had a lot of seating and a good happy hour CONS: - Cleanliness was an issue, as my room had sand in it and stained towels upon arrival - Noise was my biggest challenge. I had a connected room door and I could hear every word spoken in the room next to me. There was also a lot of yelling in the hallways and by the pool late at night. One night, they had an issue with the pool music blaring until 2am (apparently it was controlled by an app no one on the property had access to). It was really difficult to sleep, and I wish at a minimum ear plugs were provided as I know they receive this feedback often. - The rooms are also very bright, even with the blackout curtains All in all, you're paying to be beachfront and use the amenities such as the pool."

"Everything was really clean. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff! Breakfast was pretty good, nothing to write home about. But compared to spending $20 on breakfast for one, it served its purpose. I will definitely stay here again! **the only problem I had was the people above me stomping around frequently. It was annoying but not the fault of the hotel. "

"This seems to be the oldest property on the strip with few amenities. The pool is tiny and you have to check out small “beach towels” if you want to use the pool or walk down to the beach. You also have to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach."

"Jacuzzi was broken and they didn’t even have a sign. Also make sure hotels books the right room through the we got no vie when we paid extra and they said since I rented via third party they didn’t show it "

"Sink would not drain, front door did not shut all the way, overall cleanliness could have been better (bathroom), liked the complimentary Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, not enough parking spots, charge $35 to check in early"
