"A very nice modern cottage close to Holworthy. The cottage is spacious and equipped with all tools you require for a good holiday. There are 2 sleeping rooms, separated by a corridor and living/diningroom, with both a bathroom en-suite. One has a kingbed and the other a double bed. The terras is equipped with bbq, jacuzzi and sitting area. There is safe dishwater for outside, for inside there is sufficient kitchenware. The living room is spacious and has a nice fireplace. "Very disappointing stay , We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasn’t cleaned and no bedding , We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,) Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready , I thanked her by tx but no communications back , nothing from Wayne all week , I would of expected a follow up chat asking if...

"The hut was in a gorgeous location with sheep as neighbours. It was super cosy and comfortable and had all that we needed. Sat outside in the sun having our brekkie was lovely. The hot tub was great but took ages to heat up, maybe as it was a bit damp. We had a lovely time :) "
