"El Hotel está ubicado en Downtown cerca de las zona turísticas lo que lo hace muy comodo para un traslado caminando. El personal de recepción es amable y dispuesto a apoyar. Las instalaciones están en muy buen estado. El único pero que le pongo al Hotel es el desayuno que incluyen en el costo de la habitación. Es el típico desayuno gringo solo que el área del comedor es muy pequeña y toda la gente se distribuye en el lobby y salas contiguas, Sin duda que es una buena opción en Seattle"

"The good: modern design and large room, pretty decent breakfast options, large plushes in lobby area for kids to play with. The bad: Terrible WiFi, no streaming options on the TV. Room cleaning had to be scheduled by calling the front desk every day and the cleaning itself was below minimum standards IMO. No dish soap to hand wash dishes with. Gym was too small and the floor is very cheap and becoming dented by the equipment. We also had an item go missing from the room and the hotel was unable...

"It’s a lovely property however the quality of bed linens and mattress were not worthy of a 5 star hotel. The sheets felt like a stiff synthetic material and there were lumps on the mattress. Dinner at Shuckers was expensive but delicious with great service. Subtracted a star for the bed linens and mattress, needs improvement."
