"The room smelled damp and muddy. It triggers my allergies. I was unable to sleep; I had to sit up all night because I couldn't breathe properly lying down. Added to that, there was no hot water to shower with, despite switching the switch as instructed. "

"The apartment was spacious and spotless, really good location for walking into the city centre. The on street parking was easy to find. My only complaints would be that just 1 small towel per person was not enough and the twin room had just one lumpy pillow for each bed - other than this a really good stay"
