Plenty of choice at breakfast time they made sure you never left hungry 😊 spacious room with super king bed the best bed I’ve slept in for a while. Definitely be returning again in the future. "I would like to commend the front desk staff member (Young Gentlemen) who checked me in on 19 July 2025 at 1:30 PM. He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service, accommodating my request and even allowing me to choose my preferred room.
His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest.
A big thumbs up to him for a job...

"We loved the drive into the property, easy to park and a short walk to reception, all the staff we met were polite and helpful, they even provided numbers for local taxis. The room we had offered loads of space and was of a high standard.
If ever we were to return to Birmingham this hotel would be on the top of my list... "
"Lovely room ,very clean. very close to airport but planes stop at night so sleep not affected. Walking distance to BPpulse & Resorts World. Recommend you walk if weather is good & don't try to get an Uber after the show , they are useless. Camilla the host is lovely. Breakfast was good too. Recommend this as a place to stay. "
