"Our room was very outdated barely together. A lot of rust and rotted wood. Our Tv channels were buffering on every single channel. Our room smelled like cigarettes even though was a smoke free room and to top it off our toilet was not functioning. I spoke to the front desk and they sent someone who went in got it to work and left didn’t say a word. Minutes later didn’t work again. Turns out the floater wasn’t working. I would not recommend. No apologies or anything."

"After we lost power this week, we needed a place to stay. They were very welcoming to our local family. The front desk person was concerned for our inconvenience of having to find a place to stay until our power was restored. The place was clean. Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Next time we have out of town visitors or we need a place to stay we will definitely contact them."

"Humidity in hotel was at least 100%, smelled Moldy and musty in the room. Mold in ceilings and in bathroom. 5 Dehumidifiers were in the first floor hallway alone. The Heater/AC wasn't working properly in our room #105, it was so humid the floor was sticky with moisture and the linens all felt wet, bedding all layers too, even tissues in tissue box. I have asthma, was hard to breathe. I would have left if it would not have been such an issue to get refund from Expedia. So much rust on...

"Building was excellent however the customer service varied from poor to non existent. Bad smell in hallways, front desk would not pick up calls, grounds poorly maintained with dog poop left un picked up! Work to be done to encourage customers to return."

"When we arrived for check-in we arrived 3 1/2 hrs after the check-in time and our room wasn't even clean. The bed sheets were not changed and the garbage wasn't picked up. The toilet seat had human feces. We notified the front desk and they went out of their way to change our sheets, take care of the garbage left behind and clean the restroom. "Nothing to like. The hotel is under construction. The manager was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Could not address a concern about a room issue that needed maintenance. No leader qualities and clearly not a good example with a cigarette in front of her while attending to customers. The internet was poor."

"Everything was wonderful. Kids had a great time and us Adults too. Very awesome place to visit on a yearly basis. I would've liked to have seen some upgrades to the suites. We had the twin bunk, twin bed and queen suite. I forget the exact name of it but it was a tad dated but nothing too crazy to have to bring up to staff but it was lovely just the same.
