"AVOID - WONT BE BACK Arrived and the guy kept telling all about his pest guy shoots and kills wildlife and this was so weird and inappropriate. Then the bathroom ceiling is full of mould, not like a little bit but lots so much so anyone with any breathing issues please don't stay here it's not worth the risk!"

"Beautiful building but lack of attention to detail. Upon arrival in spa, went to make a cup of hot tea and there was no sugar or stir sticks or spoons. Wanted to enjoy the hot tub before massage and it was like a barely warm bath plus the jets were spraying up at your face so you couldn’t sit without getting water in the face. Two lockers didn’t work. The massage staff was friendly but it was definitely fluff and buff- not much pressure so that was a disappointment. The main restaurant was fully booked and only time we could eat at the casual bar was 9 pm- so we had no dinner. Spa suite was spacious and well designed but the lights didn’t work and the hairdryer back piece kept falling off. Not impressed."
