"It has the basic necessities but room needs a phone, more than 1 towel. Staff was very welcoming and they did help us get extra towels and toilet paper. We did find food in the mini fridge. Other than that, room smelled clean. Thank you. "

"The overall conditions of the facilities are awful. No maintenance, rust everywhere, painting fading. Bathrooms with water leaks. Toilet not working, carpets with humidity and terrible smell. Lamps inside with bulbs missing, doors and walls dirty. We asked for some towels and they didn’t reply. The lobby is not welcoming. This is a property that is being abandoned, no one seems to care. "

"This was a very frustrating stay and not what I expected from a Hilton property. Our bathroom sink was leaking continuously underneath the vanity, to the point where we had to use towels and a bucket to catch the water for the entire stay. This made the bathroom difficult to use and felt unsanitary. This is a basic maintenance issue that should have been resolved before assigning the room. While the front desk staff were polite and provided towels and a bucket, the problem itself was never fixed, and we were not offered a room change as the hotel was fully booked. As a result, we had to deal with this inconvenience the entire time. I appreciate the staff’s effort, but this significantly impacted our stay. I would expect a hotel to either provide a functional room or offer a reasonable alternative. Given the circumstances, I believe a partial refund or compensation is appropriate and would expect management to address this."

"The room was not very clean. The bathroom would get water on the floor behind the toilet when then water was being run in the sink. The bathroom door was in bad shape and would not close. We had no bath or hand towel or washcloths. No hand soap, Kleenex or wastebasket in the room. The smoke detector was missing also. The heating/air conditioner did not work well. The staff did bring us some towels, soap and a wastebasket but had no Kleenex. They said they would check on the water leak. They did not give me a receipt either."

"The room was okay stuff at check-in was good stuff at checkout was horrible, I would say if you're using your credit card for check in using Expedia in that and the hotel asked you to give them your card to place a $25 hold for incidental fees to make sure that's all you're being charged is the 25 I had an incident where they overcharged so keep an eye out for that they did reimburse but if they're going to say a certain amount it should be that amount; as far as pool and breakfast and all of that other stuff I couldn't give a good rating because I didn't use any of those"

"Front desk clerk was very nice, room was very clean. Walls are a bit thin, but we set the wall unit to continuous fan and it drown out any outside noise. Would gladly stay here again."

"Breakfast should also be served with turkey or chicken sausages."
