"The location is really good, it's one of the main reasons I'd return. The room was okay, we had an issue with the sheets, but, it was sort of resolved. The buffet breakfast options were okay, there were ham, turkey, cheese, eggs, potatoes and pork stew on other days. The fruit wasn't too sweet but, they had pineapples, watermelon and cantaloupe. There was cereal, coffees, a few pastry options and breads. The pool is decent even though we did not use it, we took the free shuttle to Reduit beach...

"This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...
