"The staff is always courteous and helpful. This was my third stay and I always ask for a room with a view of the Godzilla head from behind the Gracery hotel, and they’ve made it happen each time. Location is in the midst of Tokyo’s most vibrant 24hr nightlife but it is in the red light district so that element is present too."

"Clean room and the staff was helpful in receiving my luggage and an Amazon package prior to my stay and stowed my luggage after checkout. It is a baseball themed hotel. It’s not the most conveniently located to the trains but roughly a 15 min walk will get you there."

"This hotel was lovely. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also 10/10. It’s in a quieter area which was nice. There’s a 24 hour convenience store across the street and it’s walking distance to three train lines. "

"Location amazing short walk to the train station where you can travel to anywhere. Hotel was spotless and the room was very spacious. Staff were all outstanding from the sky view bar to the breakfast buffet and the concierge absolutely everyone was amazing. To sum it up definitely coming back to this hotel without doubt. First time visitor to Japan and this hotel made the whole experience so good warm and welcoming. The Glass buffet chefs in the morning my favourites so happy and always a good morning wave brilliant.
