"This property looks nothing like in the photos. It is very dated, and worn. It needs alot of updating and cleaning. There is torn carpet in the room, no sink plug, the drain smelled horrible, and there were guests smoking across the hall all the time, despite being non-smoking. The hotel was noisy, and we could constantly hear the people above us stomping around. The property needs a deep cleaning. The one positive was the helpful front desk staff. I would not stay here again."

The pool is really nice and, although it is operated by a different company, hotel guests are still able to swim for free. "Don't let the photos deceive you — I would never recommend this place to anyone. The room had a broken door that allowed air to flow through the gap underneath. The bedding was dirty with visible stains, the counters and mirror were unclean, and the bathroom had hair on both the counter and toilet. I requested a different room, but they were unable to accommodate. I refused to pay to stay in those unsafe conditions, yet they would not issue a refund. As a result, I was charged for the night...

"The staff downstairs was very nice and helpful; however, we had to ask for towels, and our rooms were not cleaned automatically. We had to ask for them to be cleaned and restocked with towels. One of the elevators wasn't working. The other elevator had not been inspected in over five years. The breakfast didn't have the best flavor.
