"I wouldn’t stay again. There is also an unexpected deposit that isn’t mentioned anywhere. There was a gentleman sitting on the luggage trolley because he didn’t have the money for the deposit even though his room was already paid for. The staff just left him there despite having paid for a room."

"We had a very good experience at the Homewood Suites property in Pittsburgh. The property is in the Strip District, which offers a lot in the way of restaurants and shopping. We usually walk to most activities. We normally stay closer to Market Square. This hotel was a little further from the places we normally go, so be aware of the location. "Its hotel is very beautiful, has great restaurants around. It is right off of the Riverwalk and the staff is wonderful. The hotel pool is very small and I don’t think there was a hot tub.
