Also there is no breakfast at the hotel, they do offer every morning coffee and tea with a muffin. Be a were that the windows are not sound proof and the park and street can be quite noisy."

"The rooms were clean but the dining area in the lobby had Cockroaches. Also, they have only three elevators and two weren’t working so the wait to use the elevator is crazy."

"Good location and we asked for a view of Times Square which we had and was good. Not very sound proofed but the blinds were great at keeping the lights of the square out. Very confusing with the deposit for the room and then travellers fees being a credit at the restaurant which. Door staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was too small for such a big hotel and unlike the sister hotel in Washington there was no self managed laundry and limited water facilities. We are still very unclear...
