Hotel Best Western di Brentwood

"Nice hotel. Conveniently located with gas stations, food options and grocery store. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Plenty of choices for breakfast. "

"Room was very musty - why have they not used an ozonater to ensure a fresh room? Had to search, move furniture, get on my knees in a poorly lit room to find an electric outlet that worked. Both bedside outlets were loose. Wall outlet was dead. Plugs would not stay plugged into the lamp outlet. Finally found an outlet that worked; but, when I turned the entry light off for the night, the outlet to my phone and laptop chargers unexpectedly lost electric. This complicated my Mapquest driving next...

"The room was spacious and clean, the hotel staff was welcoming; wanted to note that the lock on the side door was broken. Would stay again!"

"No staff around when we showed up. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise."
