"I booked a single room with twin bed but upgraded to a double bed and got a better room. The room itself was quite dark, except for first thing in the morning when the sun lit up the room and the bathroom, which was nice. The bedroom had only one central light (quite dark) and one bedside light, with no lighting over by the desk where the kettle/tea/coffee were, which was a little awkward. "This is a great hotel for value for money. I may have caught it on a good weekend for pricing but the rooms were exceptionally clean and facilities great. Very central, no traffic noise. Gym is small but enough for a quick work out. Breakfast was good, everything catered for (except mushrooms). All included in the price. Staff were exceptionally friendly. I would say better than Travelodge or Premier Inn. Go to hotel in Preston."

"Brilliant hotel and value for money. Stayed at many different hotel chains and this is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at for size of room, having seperate lounge area with sofa, huge bed, tv with Netflix etc, pool, nice bar and food, £15 in uber to city centre and also includes parking. Rather pay that price and travel than the city centre prices!! Will def be staying here in future "

Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great."
