"Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. "

"Excellent location. Room is clean but there was a time since I was on the first floor, bad smell from the bathroom even though the bathroom is very clean. I believe it’s from being the lowest floor, anything from the upper floors contributed to the smell. However since I am out almost all day, it was okay. Breakfast was okay and traditional."

"The staff went above and beyond!!! The desk team were always so pleasant, the bartenders went out of their way to serve us and always knew what drinks we preferred. They supplied us with ice every night. (we are American and we love our ice water at the end of the day). The atmosphere of the hotel was a Beatle’s fan dream. The location is excellent in regards to Beatles tourist sites and the Royal Albert Dock. Within walking distance of several Liverpool cultural sights. The overall area feels...
