"I would've given a full 5-star cleanliness rating but the slight, musty odor of previously set carpet would be our only complaint, no biggie but if we had to point something out, plus, our heat took a whole business day to warm up our room, but everything else exceeded our expectations. "

"We had the very best stay. The shuttle was super helpful, the staff kind and attentive, the rooms and bed comfortable. The GM was great! Highly recommend this hotel! "

"The facilities were dirty, there were little pieces of trash everywhere; even cockroaches in the room. There were no blankets in the room. It also smelled really bad. As of someone burnt their food in there. The complimentary breakfast was hot water and coffee. Oatmeal packets and fatty muffins completed the offerings. The night shift concierge was amazing, super kind and nice. "

"Our only reason for booking was to take our 3yo swimming and visit a nearby children’s museum. The pool was FREEZING. We ended up taking him to an indoor play place instead which cost us more money. The first staff member I had talked to said they’d had problems with the heater but thought it was fixed, said he’d let the manager know and gave me coupons for two free drip coffees. Next morning spoke with the person at the desk and they said they’d let the manager know and have him contact me. Haven’t heard anything yet. "

"Upon entry, the front desk seemed a bit cluttered. Additionally, there was a strong smell of cigarettes upon entering the room. They were able to change my room, but my neighbor was extremely loud. They left their dog, unattended, for almost 2 hours in which the dog consistently barked. Finally, the fridge was loud and was disruptive during sleep. Overall, it was mid-tier, not great, not good."

"The bathroom exhaust fan is as loud as a helicopter, and the room fan doesn’t run when the heat is off."
