"Needed a liitle more heat. Needed cable TV. Everything was outstanding. I highly recommend this property and the staff was fantastic. Staff was always there to answer questions. Extremely clean, well organized, everything is actually as pictured and described. This location is real and not fake. Loved the stay."

"The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...

"Very nice hotel but they badly need to replace the carpeting in the rooms. Old and tearing in places and appeared very dirty. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff was great! If the carpeting was replaced I would definitely consider staying again. "

"I have stayed here twice. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, free parking, breakfast is included and actually really good. There is a lovely energy in the place and the staff are friendly. I have to visit Philly every other month and find it easier to stay a park there, and use Uber to get into the city. I have paid as little as $19 which is a fraction of the parking cost in Philly! Genuinely feel safe and comfortable there"

"Breakfast was always served promptly, and the staff were quite friendly. That is where the positive side of this review ends. The condition of the site is quite poor. peeling paint everywhere, painter tap left along elevators and ice machine area. The door to the room didn't close properly and had an air gap that made the locking mechanism visible from the outside. The bathroom mirror was hung crooked and not properly mounted to the wall. There was chipped/peeling paint on all of the bathroom...
