Hotel dekat The Block Event Center at Harrahs Philadelphia

"Positive/Descriptive: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful across the board, and the room was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was extensive, with dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, optional hot plate. Single king room was large and comfortable, with nice sitting area (sofa, lg ottoman, modular coffee table, curtain divider), and TV w/swivel base can face this or bed. My unit had decent water pressure, unlimited hot water, water softeners, in walkin shower, w/o wand type shower head. ...

"Airport shuttle was very helpful! The room had a weird bathroom setup."

"Clean the rooms, corridors, elevators Unblock vanity sink Make deferent breakfast"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly."

"Nice, clean room. Shuttle came in good time. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful."

"Great Staff"

"Took staff over 5 minutes to acknowledge us when arriving for check in even though there were 3 staff members and only one other customer being helped. Room was ok, carpeted floor felt and sounded sticky, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided in shower were practically empty, food left in refrigerator from prior guest, breakfast buffet was disappointing, and the coffee was not good."

"Rooms were nice, the Lady at the desk was very helpful and pleasant, the lady that was cleaning the rooms was extra helpful and very pleasant. The guy that was sent to assist with our issue, was not knowledgeable, and did not speak English at all so he was of no use to us. We were eventually moved to a better room, at the request of the lady at the desk. Overall, the ladies were excellent at their jobs, the guy could use improvement."

"I loved the hotel part, but don't bother with the restaurant. I had the fish and chips and the fish resembled nylon more than anything else. Dry, tough, and nasty. I also ordered take-out for my room and had to go back because they forgot my drink. The front desk staff was lovely and helpful all the way through, as were the van drivers. I loved the room - clean and well laid out."

"Room AC did not work so it was 76 the entire night. I was only at the hotel for 9 hours, so I didn’t call, but it was not a great experience at 1:30am."

"I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. Upon arrival, Quisha.(Keisha) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy that I had an experience in a very long time. She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing...

"Nice room and lobby. The mattresses and sofa cushions were a bit soft, but otherwise everything was to our liking!"
