"Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. "Check in was a disaster. The room we booked wasn’t available. We were upgraded to a smaller room that had no bed for my daughter. Then offered the same tiny room with a camp bed in it for my teenager! Then we were showed another tiny room with a sofa bed which when pulled out ment we had to climb over sofa bed to get in our bed! We had booked a family studio and what we booked was not what we got. We were lied too by the receptionist. There was no management there we could speak too and baring...

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before but this may be my last. We had a room on the second floor, the room and corridor had a v musty smell. The blinds in the room didn’t open properly and the decor in the room looked as though it needed refurbishment. The breakfast choice was ok but the food was lukewarm. An average stay."
